A “Conservative” Bridge
Patient lost both lower right bicuspids (#28 and 29). The lower right first molar (#30) presented with a crack. A wing was placed on the lingual of lower right canine (#27) to aid in the retention and stability of the bridge without having to reduce a healthy tooth for a crown.
