Arturo Aceituno D.M.D.

Dr. Arturo Aceituno was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating from Christopher Columbus Catholic High School, he moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor’s in Science degree in both Microbiology and Psychology. After graduating from the University of Florida, Dr. Aceituno was accepted to the prestigious Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with honors in May of 2001. He then returned to Miami where he was accepted into the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Hialeah.

When Dr. Aceituno finished his residency program, he entered private practice but immediately started giving back to his community. For the past 12 years, he has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Florida helping foreign trained dentists pursue their dreams of practicing dentistry in the United States. Dr. Aceituno has also continued his training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies learning interesting treatments for migraines, improving smiles, and enhancing patient’s overall quality of life. In 2010, Dr. Aceituno served as the president of the Riviera Study Club.

Dr. Aceituno has been blessed to consider his profession as his hobby as well. In 2010, Dr. Aceituno decided to open his own practice. The desire to pass on his passion to his patients was the driving force. With compassion and changes in technology, he strongly believes patients should no longer fear the dentist. Along his passion for dentistry, Dr. Aceituno is an avid sports fan, enjoys travelling, and spending time with his three dogs.

Ody Gonzalez-Fabian D.M.D.

Dr. Ody Gonzalez-Fabian was born in New Jersey and raised in Miami. She attended South Miami Senior High School where she received awards for academic excellence and community service. She then attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’ s of Science degree in Microbiology.

Dr. Ody Gonzalez-Fabian was then accepted to the prestigious Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where she graduated at the top of her class receiving Cum Laude honors in 2001. After she received her Doctor in Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.), she remained at Boston University to specialize in Orthodontics. Dr. Gonzalez-Fabian is certified by the American Board of Orthodontists which requires to pass an intense examination of completed orthodontics cases. She is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida Dental Association (FDA) and the Amercian Association of Orthodontists (AAO). Dr. Gonzalez-Fabian specializes in placing conventional metal braces, more aesthetic porcelain braces, and aligners such as Invisalign and Clear Correct.

Dr. Gonzalez-Fabian enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and son.

Annia Alvarez R.D.H.

Annia was born in Santiago de Cuba and at the age of 2 she left with her family to Spain. She arrived to the United States at the age of 7. Her pursuit of dentistry began very early as a dental assistant while attending Hialeah-Miami Lakes High School. As a dental assistant, she was exposed to various aspects of dentistry, and ultimately, decided to pursue dental hygiene. In 2000, Annia received the Golden Scaler Award given to the top hygiene student at Miami-Dade Medical College.

Prior to joining Dr. Aceituno’s practice, Annia was the hygienist for a top periodontist in the Miami area. She treated patients who suffered from severe periodontal disease and underwent osseous surgery. Through their efforts and educating patients, Annia has helped many patients improve their dental health. Annia has continued in her advancement of dental education. She attends many Soft Tissue Management (STM) courses and is a member of the Elite Dental Hygiene Study Group that meets regularly to discuss the latest advancements in treating periodontal disease.

Aside from dentistry, Annia enjoys working out, traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.
